Judo, considered the best sport for children by UNESCO, is introduced at MAGNO by expert judokas. From a balanced, gentle and flexible philosophy, they will promote in our students all the great benefits of this ancient martial art, such as, among others:

Volleyball is a sport in which two teams of six players each play against each other on a court divided by a net. They must send the ball over the net so that it touches the ground in the opponent's court to score. Acquiring the basic concepts such as finger touch, forearm touch, reception and placement. They develop gross and specific motor skills, as well as improving individual and collective skills.
A minimum of 7 players is required.
It is a collective ball game on a hard surface, in which two teams of 5 players each take part. The skills acquired are: reception and control of the ball, driving, passing, shooting, dribbling and feinting.

The paddle is a very dynamic racket sport in which two players compete against another pair. It requires strategy, skill and speed. Initiation, learning and perfecting techniques is the general aim. Dynamic, general and specific coordination of the main strokes (lob, volley, smash, forehand and backhand). We will work on spin, movement on court and placement.
This activity will be carried out in groups of 6 to 8 players.
It is an artistic activity that helps to develop the fundamental elements of plastic expression and creativity. It provides students with a solid foundation for learning and improving their artistic skills, techniques and the fundamental principles of art, such as colour management, composition and perspective; as well as acquiring technical skills, it fosters patience, perseverance and observation, which helps them to explore their creativity.
We learn and practice choreographies of current songs appropriate to the age of our students through games and group dynamics, developing different dance techniques that allow them to express themselves with their bodies in a fun way.

The Spanish support activity is aimed at those students who arrive at the centre with a low level and still need more hours to accelerate their language learning.

It is a sport that combines gymnastics, dance and theatre to perform a series of physical exercises in a harmonious, simple and aesthetic way. The teaching of acrobatics and various motor patterns that contribute to the discipline, such as balances, turns and jumps, helps to develop and improve body flexibility, study choreographic habits both in groups and individually.

We are fortunate to be located in a natural environment and surrounded by an excellent golf course, the Alenda National Junior Golf School, which has an excellent practice area with 25 driving ranges, as well as areas for the practice of short and medium game at all levels.
A sport that improves motor coordination, develops patience and improves decision making as well as concentration.
This activity is very personalised and for them we will work in small groups, with a maximum number of 8 students and a minimum number of 6.
The MATERIALS are all included, except for the golf glove, which must be brought by the student.
