Below is an overview of the application process to Magno International School.

STEP 1: Enquire or Book a visit

Start your journey with us by completing our short online enquiry form, whether you’d like to register your interest or book a personal school tour.

  • Enter your email address to begin
  • Provide your details and your child’s information
  • Our dedicated admissions team will contact you shortly after submission

Once you’ve enquired, we’ll keep you updated about school news, open days, and upcoming events.

STEP 2: School Tour

Experience our school first-hand with a personal tour guided by a member of our admissions team.

  • Explore classrooms and facilities
  • Meet our teachers and academic staff
  • Get a feel for school life
  • Ask Any Questions

STEP 3: Start your Application

Ready to apply? Submit your child’s application through our Admissions Portal. The portal will remain open for the duration of your journey, guiding you through the process with notifications and updates.

  • Log in at any time to view your progress and submit documents (Once forms are submitted and signed, no further edits can be made)
  • Each child requires a separate application, but your portal will show all applications in progress

If you’ve already enquired, please log in using the same email address. This helps us match your enquiry and avoid duplicate applications.

Before starting, please have the following documents ready for secure upload within the portal:

  • Copy of child’s passport/DNI/NIE or, failing that, birth certificate/libro de familia
  • Copy of parents’/guardians’ passport/DNI/NIE
  • Your child's most recent school report
  • Vaccination card (Pre-School stage)

STEP 4: Offer and Acceptance

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll be in touch with the next steps.

  • If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer via the Admissions Portal
  • You’ll then be invited to sign our Terms & Conditions and pay the Enrolment and Transcript Fees

The school reserves the right to request an entry test and/or a personal interview with your child as part of the admissions process.
