My name is Rosa María Tortosa, I have a degree in Foreign Languages and Translation, and I am passionate about education. My professional career has always been oriented towards teaching, and since 2006, I have been involved in the exciting world of school management and leadership. My collaboration in the management of Spanish, British, and international profiles, as well as in various companies, has given me the opportunity to learn and appreciate the unique context and identity of each school, which must be respected while always striving for its best version.

I believe that in the leadership teams of educational organizations, we need to professionalize and value the strategy of change, for which training in work teams is essential.
