At Magno International School, we continue to strengthen our commitment to values-based education through a new solidarity campaign in collaboration with Fundación Conciénciate.
Recently, our students attended an educational talk delivered by Fundación Conciénciate, where they learned about the reality faced by families experiencing vulnerability and the importance of empathy and social responsibility.
As a continuation of this initiative, we have launched a food and essential goods collection campaign, which will run until 31st March.
On that same day, students from Year 11 and Year 12 will visit the Food Bank in Elche to deliver the collected items and learn more about the essential work carried out there.
🏢 About Fundación Conciénciate
The foundation coordinates an emergency food support programme, active since 2020, providing food and essential goods to families in urgent need, in collaboration with Elche Social Services and other local organisations.
📍 How to participate
Donations can be delivered to the school reception.
The campaign will be organised through our House System, encouraging whole-school participation. Extra points will be awarded to the most supportive house, reinforcing teamwork and collective responsibility.
🛒 Needed items
Food: oil, tuna, coffee, canned tomato, milk, juice
Personal hygiene: deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste
Cleaning products: floor cleaner, washing-up liquid, laundry detergent, multi-purpose disinfectant
We warmly encourage all families to take part in this initiative, which not only provides meaningful support to families in need but also allows our students to experience the values of empathy, responsibility and social commitment first-hand.
