We are joining the Orbital Education initiative, through which all participating schools will highlight Wellbeing Week for students by implementing a range of activities throughout the academic year.

At Magno International School, we believe that student wellbeing is a cornerstone of their academic, personal, and social growth. Through a range of initiatives, we ensure our students feel supported, empowered, and able to care for both their emotional health and their relationships with others.

As part of this commitment, we recently held a Wellbeing Assembly, where the focus was on music as a tool for expression and connection. It was an inspiring event in which students reflected on how music influences their mood and fosters positive relationships.

We are also proud to announce the launch of the Win At Social programme, developed by The Social Institute and introduced at our school during Wellbeing Week. This innovative programme empowers students to:

  • Use social media responsibly and safely.

  • Reflect on how their online interactions impact their wellbeing, relationships, and personal growth.

  • Gain practical skills to make conscious and positive choices in the digital world.

In this first stage, 6th Primary and Secondary are taking part, with activities tailored to their age group. Parents are also involved, receiving a personal toolkit to help extend these conversations at home, strengthening the partnership between school and family in guiding students’ digital lives.

Through initiatives such as these, we reaffirm our commitment to holistic education, where wellbeing is just as important as academic achievement.
